1. 15-Day 100% Money-Back Return Policy
We want you to be completely enchanted with your jewellery. If for any reason you wish to return a purchase, we provide a 15-day 100% refund guarantee from the date of recorded delivery, subject to the following standard safeguards:
- The jewellery must be unworn, in its original pristine condition, with intact tamper-evident security tags and certificates.
- Free insured reverse pickup arranged by our logistics partners (Brinks / BlueDart Security).
- 100% refund credited back to your original payment method (Bank account or UPI) within 3-5 working days of vault inspection.
- Custom bespoke engraved jewellery and gold bullion coins are exempt from cash returns but remain eligible for lifetime exchange.
2. Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy
Every piece crafted by Shringaar carries eternal value. You may exchange or sell your piece at any of our flagship salons or via secure pickup:

3. BIS Hallmarking & HUID Authenticity
Under the mandatory Hallmarking Order of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Government of India, all gold jewellery offered by Shringaar is hallmarked with the official BIS triangular logo, purity mark (e.g. 22K916 or 18K750), and a unique 6-digit laser HUID code. Customers are empowered to verify this code anytime via the government BIS Care mobile application.
4. 100% Insured Delivery Guarantee
From the moment your heirloom leaves our central vault until it is safely handed over to you with OTP verification, the shipment is 100% transit-insured by Shringaar against theft, damage, or loss.
